BERG is a design studio, working with companies to research and develop their technologies and strategies. BERG Cloud is BERG’s playful home electronics of the future, Little Printer is the first of their family of connected products for the home.
The Little Printer connects to the web, checking ‘publications’ which can be subscribed to, gathering together a number of sources and printing them in a neat little personalised package as soon as you press the button. Get them delivered multiple times a day, or once or twice – just like a newspaper.
‘Little Printer holds a compact, inkless, thermal printer. Its zero-configuration wireless connection to the Web (via the Bridge unit, included) lets you place it wherever you have a power outlet. Little Printer is constructed in high-gloss injection moulded plastic and the brushed steel faceplate holds the paper, framing each delivery as it prints.’ – BERG
You can share your contact details with your friends on BERG Cloud so they can send messages straight to your Little Printer! This cute little machine can even send your partner a goodnight kiss or your flatmate a reminder to pick up some milk, simply use your smart phone to send it a message. Is there anything this Little Printer can’t do?!
